1:1 Personal Training

You won't find crowded gyms or group sessions here. I offer an exclusive one-on-one personal training experience designed to focus entirely on your needs. With my undivided attention and expertise, you'll receive personalized workouts and guidance that maximize your gains and push you to new heights of success. Alongside our personalized training sessions, I provide comprehensive support to help you achieve overall well-being.


Virtual Coaching

Don't live in the area? Try my virtual coaching. Just like in-person training, my virtual coaching sessions provide a personalized approach tailored to your unique needs and goals. I will work closely with you to understand your current fitness level, discuss your aspirations, and create a customized training plan. Through live video sessions, I'll guide you step-by-step, ensuring proper form, technique, and motivation to help you achieve lasting results.


Your first session is FREE. This is where you can get a feel for my training style and I can assess your strengths and weaknesses.



For the ambitious individual that's not quite ready to commit to a full program

For the persistent individual who wants to shed fat and build strength

10 Sessions Total

1 Hour Sessions

Do I need a gym membership?

A gym membership is not required if you are training at my gym in Burbank.

Will strength training make me bulky?

You will definitely add muscle, however, training for muscular endurance and optimal strength will not make you bulk like a bodybuilder. If you are looking to add bulk to your body, strength training can help with that, but must be tailored to specific types of workouts and paired with a very high protein & high caloric diet.

Do you work with women?

Absolutely. I work with all clients who want to build strength, get fit and change their life.

Will you travel to my location?

Generally, I do the personal training at my gym in Burbank or via virtual sessions. I can travel to you for an additional fee.

I want to lose weight. Will strength training work for me?

Yes strength training can help you lose weight. When you first begin, do not worry about the number on the scale because you will be building muscle that may add to your weight initially. However, you WILL be losing body fat. As with all exercise, it must be paired with a healthy diet, plenty of rest and lots of water intake.

Do you accept walk ins?

No. You must schedule an appointment with me before coming into the gym.
